Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form:
- your profile (seller, buyer, investor, seeking financing);
- your full name;
- your company name, if you provide it;
- your email address and phone number;
- the content of your message.
The site does not offer user accounts and collects no other data without your knowledge.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your request and, where relevant, to follow up on your sale, acquisition or financing project. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Confidentiality and recipients
Your data is accessible only to the partners of Tahiti Cession PME. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties, except where required by law. Our host, OVH, acts solely as a technical service provider; data is stored on servers located in France.
Retention period
Data from an enquiry is kept for three years from our last exchange. If an engagement follows, it is kept for the duration of the engagement and then for any periods required by law.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Only cookies strictly necessary for its technical operation may be set.
Your rights
Under French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and individual liberties, as amended, and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data.
